4 days to Eugene....

Weather is still looking good..weather.com and wunderground.com both say pretty similar things (...with the latter forecasting more cloud and less wind...love their hourly forecast option!)

Ran 4 miles Tuesday at base pace and did 5+ miles today with 3 at MP. A little bit of running on Friday and we are done!

Finally went to the Dr. to get my prescription for Flovent inhaler renewed. I tend to get this reactive airway thing (aka really irritated upper throat) after a cold and it takes fooorever to go away. This stuff hammers it down STAT!

So, I am feeling more like 100% already...should be totally gone in a couple of days. YES.
