The weather was beautiful : ....70, small breeze, clear skies and SUNNY. Slathered up with sunscreen and off we went. I'm very familiar with all the trails and so it was my job to come up with a route that would be 10 miles.

It should be pretty fun in Tacoma: I run the full as a point to point race, Toni does an out and return from the finish area. Both of us start at 7am and both of us going to take about 4 hours so we should be converging on the finish at about the same time.

10 miles in just under 3 hours. I did pretty well with the route planning...my watch beeped 10 feet from the car. ;)

  3. That is one of my favorite places to run, nice. And thanks for the detail info on knee cartilage. You are the most technical blogger that I know. I'm getting a MRI this Wednesday, so I'll know on Friday what exactly I'm dealing with and whether surgery or PT will be able to help me.
