I'm back!

Just a quick note to say I'm back from a very wonderful trip for the last 2.5 weeks. While I was away I did no running but I did manage to do a fast trail hike which I will post about.


I've very behind on reading blogs. I was able to glance at them a few times but could not comment...don't worry I will eventually get back on pace !


I did read about Beth's cousin, Sherry,  which made me both sad and angry. If Beth creates a memorial virtual run I will be doing it.
